We became accredited as a Microsoft Certified Partner in 2000 and have maintained that status each year since. The strict criteria set down by Microsoft for renewal of this accreditation ensures that we employ qualified and trained engineers. We have supplied and continue to support numerous Microsoft installations. Antar has been providing, installing and supporting Unix and Linux based systems since it's formation in 1984

Software Development

Our team of software engineers has extensive knowledge of most of the leading development languages. We can develop complete bespoke systems, tailor existing ones, modify Sage and Datafile accounting systems and provide all the ongoing support to ensure those developments run smoothly.

We have, since our formation in 1984, developed an impressive number of applications, including some that we now market ourselves, in a variety of industry sectors. Our software is in use at many different types of businesses including stockbrokers, architects, engineering, chemical, textiles, health service, marketing, agriculture and manufacturing.

A specialist area since the late 1980's has been accounting systems. We have been a Sage Reseller for some 10 years and one of the earlier recipients of the Sage Solution Centre accreditation. We have provided numerous Line 100 and Line 50 solutions over the years with many bespoke developments to tailor the systems to individual requirements. We launched our Wireless Stock Management System at the end of 2002 and we believe we were one of the first companies to succesfully develop a wireless solution for Line 100.

We have always made a point of providing the right solution for each and every client and realise that Sage is not always the most appropriate product. Having researched the multitude of accounting systems available we chose Datafile as an alternative offering.

Datafile Software is the most adaptable accounting and management information system available in the UK today. More than 7,500 users of Datafile Software systems in every type and size of business can testify to Datafile's effectiveness, including such well-known names as EMI's Abbey Road Studios, The Children's Society, the Environment Agency (formally National Rivers Authority), Tie Rack Plc, TVR Cars and Shell Gas.
