Once the item(s) for the order have been
picked, the StockMan PC client
is used to update the despatch details, at which point
the goods are booked out of stock. At the same time balances
and allocations are instantly recalculated to ensure stock
positions are always accurate.
StockMan maintains
a history of the despatch details, updates the accounting
system with details of the goods despatched against the
sales order (if integrated) and prints the despatch documents.
